[wellylug] Quotes in M$Word docs, opened with OpenOffice

Thanks to all who suggested solutions in this.

The link below solved the problem for me (as long as one is a bit 
conservative with font choices), with two downloads and instructions on 
how to build an rpm to install lots of standard fonts. Very quick and 
simple although one needs to own a window$ license to keep it clean. But 
then I had to buy one of those with my laptop :-X
