[wellylug] Forums Down

I vote not to revive them.

I've used the forums a total of 2 times, and found it fairly annoying to
keep up with threads, also when I did want to find something, it was
down...

To have a site & forum which works together, would involve dramaticly
editing the code, or writing a new forum altogether.

I love the mailing list - it's quick and convienent, and you don't have
to explore to find the latest issue.
