This probably won't help much.. But I'll comment anyway. lartc.org is
helpful on explaining theories/concepts on traffic shaping. Although you
may need to write your own firewall and qdisk (or whatever theyre
called) script. but www.atomicmpc.com.au provides a nice and easy script
optimised for gaming and surfing while downloading.
