[wellylug] accessing managed switch

I just had a thought on this looking at the thread...can you configure your
switch using a web browser?

I know that some of the new ones on the market have this feature.

No the minicom console goes dead, sort of. No local echo. Although the
menus still come up as usual. I've just recompiled my kernel with a few more
serial/console debugging features so I'll see what turns up next.
