[wellylug] how to determine if a webserver is located in NZ?

Hi,

I seem to recall some kind of script or mechanism for determining if an
IP is in NZ.  I'm needing this because I need to download a large file,
and would prefer to take advantage of Paradise's reduced charges for
local traffic.  I had a look on google for some time, but could not find
it.  Unfortunately Paradise does not seem to say how to do this on their
site either.
