Thanks!  So just to be sure, since two of the lines are:

apnic|NZ|ipv4|203.97.0.0|32768|19960101|allocated
apnic|NZ|ipv4|203.97.128.0|32768|19960101|allocated

that means any IP starting with 203.97 *must* be in NZ?
