[wellylug] jabber server

My friend who runs Jabber.org.nz has done this for all the staff where
works.

It's actually nicely integrated into the newuser script..

apt-get install jabberd should work .. 

My friend was looking at putting transports into the service as well, so
that you can message msn / icq and all that, but he has not done that as
yet.

He didnt have too much problem setting up the server, but wanted to wait
for jabberd2.0 or whatever it was, to come out before he deployed it..

He has deployed it, and I have been using it, and dont appear to have
any issues...
