Depends what you want to do with it really. Personally, I'd use a Palm
before I'd use a Pocket PC, if only because they tend to be smaller,
lighter and have a longer battery life while still doing what I need
it to do (calendar, addresses etc.). 

If I wanted more functionality, then maybe, but then I spend most of
my work time in front of a PC, and when I'm not, I don't want to have
access to one :)
