[wellylug] Northern Suburbs ... again??

Having attended the WellyLUG meeting tonight and seeing how many people 
were there it is obvious that people interested in Linux is continuing 
to grow.

Based on this growth and the fact getting into town is a pain for me 
personally, I would like to raise the subject of having a northern 
suburbs version of the meeting much akin to the Hutt Valley meeting.

We could use the Johnsonville Community Centre again and charge a 
donation to cover the costs (of about $20/night). This time however 
there is CafeNet available (from the site just across the road) which 
makes it a far more useful site than it was before.

At this stage I just want to garner interest and if there is sufficent 
then I could start something in Feb 2005.

Thoughts please.
