[wellylug] Meeting venue/timing... What now?

And a very good option it is too.

It's also easier for those who need to make a special trip into town (or
specially stay late in town) to get it all in one hit.

Judging by the number of people making an exit around 19:30 there were
several people availing themselves of this option.  (I tried to stay for
the end of the Perl Mongers meeting, but eventually decided at 19:45 I'd
better head up to Wellylug to catch the start of the talks there.)

Such an option (Perl Mongers then Wellylug) may be less practical if
Wellylug is moved earlier in the evening -- or perhaps if that happens
Perl Mongers may need to start earlier in the evening too.
