I don't see having it on the same night as the Hutt meeting as being a
major problem, as I don't know whether many would want attend both.
Perhaps satellite meetings every 4th week and the main Wellington one
every second week as it is presently.  This would allow for for 2
meetings a month, one local and one central combined one.
