I'd just like to say, in spite of my relatively low number of years of 
Linux experience, I have never come across a website as helpful or packed 
full of knowledge as the Gentoo Forums. It has the highest SNR of any 
forum or knowledgebase I've ever come across.

There's also http://www.gentoo-wiki.com which is rapidly turning into one 
of the best intermediate and advanced 'tips and tricks' sites around.
