But you don't need a MS geek to re-install every few months to keep it working,
get rid of viruses, uninstall auto updates which cause it to crash, etc.

Instead you need a non-MS geek to set up networking, printer & file shares,
sort out X issues, compile new kernels, use a command line to compile/install
software, etc.

Obviously MS sees this as a ploy to support MS geeks, & thus MS :-)
