I'm curious about your logic here... how could relaying your experience 
with a retailer/supplier as a customer be considered 'advertising' in the 
sense of prohibited activity on this list? You're not offering anything 
for sale and you're not engaged in any marketing activity for or against a 
company's product... you're just participating in the process of 'word of 
mouth' which could be considered a *form* of advertising at a stretch, but 
I'd be surprised if this is not permitted. At the very least you couldn't 
call it 'commercial advertising'.
