[wellylug] mouse-wheel

 I can't get my mouse-wheel working properly. In a browser or emacs it
will scroll down nicely, but it won't scroll up. My XF86Config-4 file
contains the "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" option. Has anyone heard of
something like this before?
