[wellylug] Unreal 2004 Linux Demo

hi all,

I downloaded the new version of the unreal 2004 linux demo.

The file was called unreal*.run.gz.

I tried gunzip unreal*.run.gz, but it keeps giving this error:

gunzip: ut2004.run.gz: unexpected end of file
-------------

Has anyone used this demo and knows how to fix this?

I've downloaded it twice. The first time I thought it got corrupted, so
I downloaded it again from a different server. But, same problem.

I've also tried it as a .tar.gz, a .tar.bz2, a .bz2 but no luck.

I chose the compressed demo (80mb), as the uncompressed one is about
230mb. A killer on dial up... I don't fancy downloading that one in a
hurry.
