[wellylug] (OT) Unable to reach anything but orcon servers on bitstream

If nothing past Orcon is reachable at IP level it has nothing to do 
with DNS.

Since you can ping IPs, the ADSL transport is working just fine, and 
the fault in this case would lie directly with Orcon or their immediate 
upstream provider e.g. Telecom.

In either case Orcon has to sort this out, and an 'understaffed 
helpdesk' is just no excuse.
