You need a TS license AND an OS license on the clients. We confirmed
this with MS some time ago. It's also in the reference. Obviously, we
didn't do it.
If you replace Windows TS clients with Linux TS clients there is NO
decrease in the costs of the licenses. If you strictly adhere to MS
conditions.
