I don't think Chris actually had a problem - I think he was just stating
his amazement. I think his point is the glaring big red box that states
his initial quote. The site still works with mozilla or firefox, but lacks
the obvious box when viewed with IE.

Mozilla is fairly closely related to Netscape and far more popular, so
perhaps he expected to see 'recommended for IE or Mozilla'.
