[wellylug] Switch focus between non-xinerama screens without mouse

When you use a dual head system without the X11 xinerama extension, you
end up with two 'almost-independent' screens, both running their own
window manager and generally living apart. However the mouse is still used
to switch focus between windows in either screen (a window has focus, not
a screen). Up until now I could find no way of making this happen without
moving the mouse.
This is something that's bugged me for years, so I finally decided today
to do something about it. See here if you're interested:

With this simple program, my fluxbox keybindings allow me to navigate my
entire workspace across both monitors and all virtual desktops with
nothing but the keyboard. Note, if you're using xinerama, you don't need
this, since there's no 'inter-screen' boundary to leap over.
I hope someone finds this useful.
