I use evolution-2.0.2 and ximian-connector-2.0.2 with Gentoo and an 
exchange server and it works perfectly, except for one thing:

In the Contacts window, I cannot get a full listing of all contacts. This 
is a known issue apparently. Searching using 'find' and autocomplete work 
fine. I'm quite impressed with it actually. I don't see your error.

Try the ximian-connector-setup program if you get stuck, although it 
sounds like the OWA interface is (mostly) working for you already.

There's a fair bit of stuff on forums.gentoo.org - just search for 
'ximian-connector'. In fact, almost any Linux question you can think of is 
answered by those forums. I use it before turning to Google...
