[wellylug] sendmail local /relay

Ok I don't use Sendmail I use Postfix, but I am not going to just say 
use something else, cause thats not helpful (but you should think about it).

So far as I know that config file you are supposed to edit needs to be 
compiled and sendmail restarted. You could try running make in the 
config dir. Another option is to copy the config files from the working 
system and diff'ing them for the.. well differences...
