Picture this. You have 30 - 40 servers all running RH. You paid your
subs for the up2date service. Suddenly RH announce that the service is
being withdrawn and that you have to upgrade to a more expensive
version, for little improvement in services. They can't tell you what
it will cost you, in spite of many emails, just that it will be LOTS
more than you are paying at present. 

Not only have they blown the budget, they have involved you in LOTS of
work, for little advantage...
