hi all,
I'm just trying to understand something in the GPL licence,
According to the licence, anyone who distributes a binary version of a
GPL program, must also make the source code avaliable, even if there has
been no changes to it.
How come people like ISPS, Mirrors, etc, can host binary versions of
distros without providing source code access? Isn't this against the
GPL?
I'm really confused right now... :-)
thanks,
