The worst thing I ever dealt with was a customer who didn't know left
from right.

Me: Okay, now I want you to right-click the network neighborhood icon
and select Properties from the menu that'll show up.

Customer: Uhhh, which button's that?  I have a four-button mouse.

Me: The right-most button on top of your mouse.

Customer: But I have a button on the side.  It's a four button mouse!

Me: ....
