Well, for a start you won't be able to use more than one of the inputs
at a time. You'll need one card per camera, or you'll need to cycle
through them.
You could use an application such as camsource (blatant plug, I wrote
the autobrightness feature for it): http://camsource.sf.net. It's not
being as well maintained these days. I think there's other
applications out there that are specifically designed for this type of
thing, maybe http://www.zoneminder.com/ ?
