Based on the two options of 4th or last Monday of the month here are the 
dates...

April 18th (* one off)
May 23rd or 30th
June 27th
July 25th
August 22nd or 29th
September 26th
October 24th or 31st
November 28th
December - no meeting

Given that October 24th is Labour Day which may be a problem for some 
people I am happy with the last Monday of the month as the rule which 
avoids that conflict.

Unless someone screams we'll go with that.

Of course taking on board your suggestion means you have to buy the 
biscuits for the next meeting ;-)
