Thanks, I now have every thing apart from disk space monitoring working, 
any suggestion son what might be wrong with that section of the config?

(initial logging shows the machine is seriously in need of a memory 
upgrade, but given its age it may just be cheaper and easier to replace 
the motherboard and cpu as well!)
