They don't provide source code. It's a direct violation of the GPL. 
However, that said, I have an iRiver H120 DAP and it's blimmin' fantastic, 
especially running (opensource) Rockbox firmware...

And yes it plays Ogg Vorbis (even with the stock firmware).
