Although I don't disagree on principle, in the short term it might be 
better if everyone affected submits an Online Help ticket - the size of 
the problem might grow in TC/Paradise's perspective and they might put 
some resources towards fixing it.

If you've never submitted one before, go here:

Click 'Contact Us'

Enter your paradise.net email address, choose a topic (Tech Support > 
Internet) and enter your ID. Put in your 'question'. I recommend you copy 
and paste this before hitting 'submit' because I had an issue where it 
wouldn't go through properly. If you can't get it to submit, put it in a 
.txt file and add a *short* comment explaining where your question is. 
Short comments seem to go through.


At the moment, this particular problem is a real pain for me, although I 
have been able to access the sites concerned via proxify.com (thanks 
Simon).
