[wellylug] Setting up a simple web server

You had a point here about Apache. Using the test you suggested, I found
no sign it was operating. After trying to download more Apache files in
Synaptic, they could not be retrieved from the server. I will look
around some more for alternate sources.

Please feel free to suggest any you know of.
