[wellylug] Suggestion and apology

At the severe risk of re-igniting that debate, as a user of this list for 
four years I would assert that there is *NO* top/bottom posting rule on 
this list, just a few who like to assert it from time to time.  There is 
also no list moderator (apart from self appointed ones).

Having said that, I agree that if anyone wants to assert such "rules" then 
they should be agreed to by members of the list and posted in the initial 
sign-up acknowledgement post and in the regular monthly post.  I expect to 
see a healthy debate in wellylug-org before such action is taken :-)
