The cards are 64-bit PCI, but they work very well with the 32-bit
slots.  They are not PCI-X (which is the small PCI form factor).  They
will work just fine on your machine.  They may not be as blindingly
fast as they would be in a 64-bit slot, but I do know that they will
work.  (I've plugged one in and built the array on a 32-bit PCI slot)
