I also have been unable to access SourceForge from my Paradise ADSL
connection for the last month.

The Paradise/Telstra/Clear help desk told me that it was a known issue
that SourceForge was blocking traffic from a TelstraClear netblock.
They couldn't tell me why or what they'd done about it.

I logged a ticket with SourceForge about 10 days ago and they have just
advised me that "this issue has been resolved".  Unfortunately, I'm at
the office now so I can't tell if it's working again or not :-(
