It's what we need more of - companies willing to provide "support"  
for open source apps.  It's all good the app being free and all, but  
you try and convince your corporate boss that a free unsupported open  
source app is a good thing to change too... you'll find they ain't  
interested.  Package the same free app with a support package, and  
you have something a corporate will use.

hours) via e-mail."
