FWIW, the address it is sent from is subscribed to the mailing list.

For my money the third posting of essentially the same message (only the
days to go changes) means that it's tantamount to spam.  I notice that
it's also being repetitively posted to another New Zealand linux list.

If we want to stop it -- assuming Karin Purser <lugradio at k-sit.com>
doesn't get the hint -- then I suspect we'll have to ask the mailing
list administrator to remove that address from the mailing list.

PS: The domain in question is registered to James Purser, with what
    appears to be a valid address and phone number.
