Karin is doing her best to promote an event which is frankly, for our own 
benefit.

Given theres some apparent dissent on the LUG my suggestion is that we 
look at perhaps reviving the NZLUG-Announce list - an announce-only list 
that people could opt-in for in terms of 'current events' at a national 
level.

This is a low volume list (average no more than 2 posts per week - and 
that assumes all the LUG's post their meetings) ...

Just an idea!

But some of you guys need to adjust to the fact that its entirely likely 
that not _every_ post will be of interest to _everyone_.
