[wellylug] Layer 7 enabled firewall distro.

Hi all,

I need suggestions/advice for migrating to a fireall distro which
includes (by default) the l7 netfilter patches and preferably the tc/qos
utils.

I have resigned to the fact that it appears that *bsd will not be
getting these features anytime soon, and I am in a situation where I
need l7 traffic shapping.

Does anyone have experience or know of a secure distro which includes
the l7 stuff by default and is easy to work with.

Prefer not to slap together a distro with l7 etc from scratch (i.e from
debian or gentoo base) but one that is security validated (somewhat).


Any suggestions welcome.
