[wellylug] Is this incorrect charging at Paradise?

I am on cable, and understand that I don't get charged for connecting to
Paradise.net servers:

I was looking at my usage page, and saw this :0


203.96.152.12   kirsty.paradise.net.nz       1.09   0.11

It was taken against my national traffic...

Anyone know whats going on???

I have e-mailed paradise, and just waiting on a response... but thought
I may ask here to see if anyone can shed some light on this :)
