[wellylug] Is this incorrect charging at Paradise?

Most odd. It should be less than three hops away, and certainly not 
through the international gateway....

I'd give results of a traceroute, but some smart cookie at Paradise has 
decided to drop UDP instead of just blocking it and sending an ICMP 
error. Damn those people. *adds to list*
