I'm a JetStream user and have found the service to be reliable for my
purposes.  However, I do consider $39.95 a month to be an outrageously
high charge for the service.  The fact that 'competitors' are charging
the same means there's little hope of lower pricing anytime soon.

I also resent the fact that in order to avoid even more outrageous data
charges I have been forced to downgrade my link to 256K.

So is it 'OK'?  Yeah.  Could it be better?  Certainly.

The reason we have sensible toll pricing today is because Clear set
themselves up as a competitor to Telecom.  The reason we have
unreasonable broadband pricing is because Telstra have made a commercial
decision not to compete.
