[wellylug] redhat as3 and redhat el3

Redhat AS & ES both have the high availability stuff, but EL does not,
ES also has cluster stuff
However if having gone through the mill to get a new *nix box for Oracle
and SSA ERPln we decided upon SuSE Enterprise Linux 8 and Oracle 9i.
SLES Has as far as i am concerned a better backing by a bigger parent
company and there are more vendors offering certification on SuSE than
RH. EG : SSA, SAP, Oracle etc
