Can anyone recommend either:

* co-location services in the Wellington region (i.e. all that is required
is rack space, power, cooling, Internet connectivity)

* virtual Linux hosting in NZ or perhaps Australia (i.e. shared hardware
but User-Mode-Linux-style virtual OS image)

Usage is end-user, not commercial. Low bandwidth required (20GB/month max).
