E-mail or ring, or txt natalie .. in the CEO's office...

Action gets taken when things come from the top.. there is no point 
moaning on the list about it.. nothing gets done that way..

She will get sick of the phone calls / messages / e-mails / whatever
She has power over the bosses, we all know how much power secretaries 
have over their bosses... and if she gets inundated by complaints about 
whats happend action will be taken..

I have called, and spoken to her, I know of at least one other person 
who has today -- and we both got very responsive calls...
