What good smaller ISPs are there? I might need to change soon.

I'm currently on dialup, and I can't even ACCESS trademe.co.nz or the 
citylink ftp server anymore!


I'll wait a week and see how it goes, but if I can't access certain
sites, goodbye paradise!
