That's an interesting spin :-)
I'm a TelstraClear ADSL customer, so my traffic costs have never had a
national/international split. With the exception of ftp.citylink, I can
still get to all the sites I used to (including vast amounts of traffic
to TradeMe :-)), but now
a) things are a little slower (it is noticeable)
b) it costs TelstraClear bucketloads more money to route stuff
internationally
