[wellylug] Leadtek WinTV 2000 Expert, sound, cable and recording

Hi Gents,

I have this card here, it runs reasonably well with 
2.6.01-rc2, and an "early" (200412something) snapshot of v4l2.

The sound works fine in mono (stereo gives random static).

When I try to record with xdtv (xawtv won't even pick the
signal up) it records well, however with no sound at all.

My question: has anyone here got this card FULLY working,
if so, with which settings and which kernel and v4l snapshot.

I tried 2.6.10 and varied snapshots from 200502, just to
find I can't get rid of the static at all, and still unable to
record sound.
