Depends which tuner!
I don't know about the one you have chosen, and I can't find anything
using a quick Google search. I do know a couple of the Hauppauge USB
tuners are supported. They are also very expensive. (See half way
down this page <http://ivtv.writeme.ch/tiki-index.php?page=SupportedHardware>).
For what it is worth, I have an internal PCI capture card (Flyvideo
98, also known as SAA7134) and it works moderately well. It cost me
about $70 3 years ago. DSE is currently selling a more advanced card
which -- the box claims, anyway -- rips to MPEG1/2/4 and is supported
under Linux. It costs circa $100.
