I've got Xandros  Open Circulation on my work PC (dual boots with Win2kPro).
It is a Compaq P4 (model SBW16) but I've put in a 1.9 cos it was pretty 
sluggish (on the W2K side). APM works fine on that. 
Also have it on a P-III 667 at home (MSI 6168 slot 1 mobo ex a Packard Bell
thing)
and a Duron 1.6 (both PCs are ATX) and APM works correctly on both of those.
The PSU in the Compaq is whatever they come with, the other two both have 
Enermax PSUs 

In each case the Xandros is standard apart from Xandros supplied updates.
