Hi all,
Thanks very much Tony and Richard for your responses regarding the wheel chair accessibility of the meeting venue. I'm glad the building has street access. Access to wheel chair toilets is not a crucial issue, because make sure I go to the toilet before I leave home. However if someone could obtain a key to the toilets it would obviously be handy just in case. Could someone please meet me outside the lift in the foyer because I can't operate lifts myself? 

I noticed that no one commented on the first part of my e-mail regarding a weekend visit. Is no one free to help me with Linux one weekend?
